Teltronics 20-20 - Product Specifications
The 20-20' flexible and modular architecture enable it to be customized and adapt to a wide range of evolving applications. The 20-20 consist of a non-blocking switching matrix and a common control system consisting of microprocessors, memory, disk drives and telephone control equipment. The two models have different common controls but share a common interface for trunks and lines. This universal port architecture allows assignment of lines, trunks and service units to any interface slot helping to eliminate some expenses on upgrades.


 

Teltronics 20-20 - System Features

All 20-20 systems include the following standard system features including full-featured telephony support, graphical system management, and integrated computer telephony. Each Teltronics 20-20 system also has the ability to be uniquely tailored to serve any call processing requirements with multimedia applications such as Enhanced Attendant Workstation, Contact Center, Advanced Conferencing, Sophisticated Security, Hospitality, SIP-based Unified Messaging, and Voice Switches or Gateways. Business can provide employees with powerful communications tools that increase productivity and lower costs – ensuring an enterprise-wide return on investment.

Optional 20-20 applications include the following:

  • Enhanced Attendant Workstation.  The 20-20 Attendant Workstation is a call processing workstation that allows caller to efficiently manage multiple incoming and out going cal in any work environment.
